To determine the correct size door, simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.
(A) Measure the widest point of your pet's shoulder.
(B) Measure from the top of your pet's back (just behind their head) to the bottom of chest.
Pet door models have different size openings. Just make sure your new pet door's opening is both wider and taller than your pet's measurements to ensure they can comfortably pass through.

Hefty Cat Window Door. Parts
I replaced these parts on my Hefty Cat Window Door. The old parts had an issue where the lever would slip out of place and the cats couldn't go in and out appropriately. I replaced the lever with neew parts and still have the same issue where the lever slips out of position and the cats can't come in the house. Thais was especially dangerous when the temperatures went below freezing. I rigged up a way to hold the lever in the open position. I wanted to love it, but I still have issues.

Escaping cat
My old one was worn out and one of the cats learned to move the lever to “open”. The lever on the other door is still tight so I have only the one to replace so far. It’s Great the parts are available. Thank you for offering them

Perfect Replacement Part
Got my pet panel several years ago. The switch on the cat flap was failing. It kept slipping, locking the kitties out. Tried replacing this part, now it holds perfectly.
