FLAP Has Rectangular Logo With Smooth Metal Bar On Vinyl Flap/Aluminum Frame.
To determine the correct size door, simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.
(A) Measure the widest point of your pet's shoulder.
(B) Measure from the top of your pet's back (just behind their head) to the bottom of chest.
Pet door models have different size openings. Just make sure your new pet door's opening is both wider and taller than your pet's measurements to ensure they can comfortably pass through.

Received my new door and went to website as to how to put in. Watched it and gathered my tools. Was easy as it showed. Nice clear new flap in place and no air leaking. Has a great seal around the entire frame. Fits perfect

Replacement Flaps are perfect fit
I’ve had this doggie door frame for going on 20 years I’ve had to replace the flap a few times through the years (wear and tear from Rotties running in and out). Each time it’s a simple job to get the old flap off and the new one on. They fit nicely keeping the major portion of wind and cold out of the house. Very happy with the product.

I replaced the flap by myself. I was so happy to have a new clean flap i can actually see thru. And the cats are more comfortable seeing out too. I waited way too long...won't do that again.

Finally found the right one!
Took 3 orders before I got the right one. Should have contacted customer service right off the bat. My door is old. I’ve been here 16 years and it was old when I moved in. Yellowed, torn at the top, bottom edges ripped and letting in all kinds of cold air. Looks great. Took me awhile to get all the screws lined up but worth it. Wish I could post a before & after picture.

I found this after looking several other places and getting the wrong one elsewhere. Guess it never occurred to me to go to the manufacturer. Duh!
