To determine the correct size door, simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.
(A) Measure the widest point of your pet's shoulder.
(B) Measure from the top of your pet's back (just behind their head) to the bottom of chest.
Pet door models have different size openings. Just make sure your new pet door's opening is both wider and taller than your pet's measurements to ensure they can comfortably pass through.

You sent me the wrong door!
I have ordered new flaps now 3 times. the first 2 were perfect but this time you sent me the wrong flap. The sixe 10 1/2 X 15 with rectangle logo was correct but the mounting system was all wrong. So now I had a hole in my house in 105 degree + weather so I had to modify it to make it work. Them I emailed customer service and have heard nothing back. for 3 days. Business days that is. Our apologies for sending the wrong flap to you. Please forward your order# and date and we will ship a new flap out to you immediately!

wrong flap
As per your description, the old style flap "Has Rectangular Logo With Smooth Metal Bar On Vinyl Flap" which describes my old flap. I ordered the replacement flap and apparently it is designed to be installed by sliding the flap into a groove on the frame. My "old style" flap is mounted with 4 screws along the top. I cannot mount the new flap into my old frame. I have now ordered a replacement frame AND flap and hopefully it will fit. In the meantime I have spent $20 on a useless flap.

The replacement door was approximately 1/4 inch to short in length please check you production. I had to readjust the frame . Note is was the right size as noted on the original door

Old Door Still Looks New
I've had this dog door for about tewnty years. The flap finally looked bad but hadn't torn at all. The frame still looks brand new and now with a replacement flap the whole door looks brand new. I'm impressed! Very easy to replace flap.
