Plastic Lock-Out Slide To Keep Pet In Or Out. Designed for use with our Ruff Weather Pet Door, Ruff Weather Alarm Alert Pet Door, Insulator Pet Door and 900 Series Pet Patio Door.
To determine the correct size door, simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.
(A) Measure the widest point of your pet's shoulder.
(B) Measure from the top of your pet's back (just behind their head) to the bottom of chest.
Pet door models have different size openings. Just make sure your new pet door's opening is both wider and taller than your pet's measurements to ensure they can comfortably pass through.

We moved into a house that had a Ruff Weather doggie door but the outside sliding panel was missing. We ordered a replacement and it was shipped quickly and it fits perfectly. It doesn't quite match as the door had yellowed a bit with age, but we are happy to have the complete door. Thanks

You should have 2 of these with the new product. When the wind blows the flaps do not stay closed as the magnets are not strong enough to keep the flaps down. This is not really a rough weather dog door.

We needed another sliding door cover for the opposite side. Not sure why the doggie door didn't come with 2 to begin with but either way it was easy to find a replacement. Fast shipping and it fits perfect!

love my ruff weather door from ideal
I've had my door for over 2 yrs. And needed to replace some parts. I have 3 bernese mt dogs and a sheltie running through at full speed all day long. Lesson learned make sure they see you put the slide in! Haha! Delivery speed was unbelievable! Ordered on my lunch hour and had email saying it shipped before my lunch was over! Thank you!
