To determine the correct size door, simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.
(A) Measure the widest point of your pet's shoulder.
(B) Measure from the top of your pet's back (just behind their head) to the bottom of chest.
Pet door models have different size openings. Just make sure your new pet door's opening is both wider and taller than your pet's measurements to ensure they can comfortably pass through.

The only one I'll buy
I've been buying this flap from Ideal for about 7yrs now. Always have 1 in reserve. A rambunctious Boxer puts it through its paces going full speed through it many times a day and needs replacement about 1-2X a year. The only gripe I have is the holes get worked over pretty easily and at times have to move mounting holes in order for it to last a bit. Other than that, it's great.

We could not find this size doggie door replacement anywhere. Checked Amazon, Petsmart, Petco, and many others. The only place we could find this odd size was here at Ideal Pet products. Thank You for stocking this size.

Plastic Flap - RECTANGULAR LOGO
Note: Rectangular Logo does not mean Rectangular flap with a logo. It means that the logo is rectangular. I made this mistake and so did another reviewer. I wish the descriptions were clearer. I do not know their products and purchased the wrong one. I had installed it before I saw piece of paper in package explaining the logo image is what is rectangular or a circle. The fit is a little short and I had to puncture holes.

Extra large flap
I have used these flaps for years. They hold up very well. I have used them for German shepherd and they hold up just as well them as well as my Corgi I have now. Good quality always.

Replacement Dog Door Flap
My dog door was installed about 4 years ago. Bought the replacement flap. None of the attachment holes matched the door (and yes, they are the same brand). Had to make new holes in the replacement flap. Once modified, the flap works as original.
