To determine the correct size door, simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.
(A) Measure the widest point of your pet's shoulder.
(B) Measure from the top of your pet's back (just behind their head) to the bottom of chest.
Pet door models have different size openings. Just make sure your new pet door's opening is both wider and taller than your pet's measurements to ensure they can comfortably pass through.

Plastic over magnets broke
After a couple years, with my pups zooming in and out of the doggie door, the plastic boke that held the 2 tiny magnets to hold the flap shut. Instead of buying a new door at $$, i ordered the replacement frame for the inside. I am very happy to be able to order parts for this door although I wish it was a little bit stronger in all aspects. I like the door but they break the plastic flap quite frequently. I figured out that you can add duct tape on the plastice to give it a little longer life. Ha Ha. I do like this brand and am glad you can get replacement parts if something does break. Shipped in a timely manner and was easy to fix. Thank you

I had to finally replace the plastic frame part for my doggie door. With so many dogs going in and out it started to crack. So, this was easy to order along with new doggie door flap. Came quick, replaced both within minutes and all like brand new. I loved having this door because it's always easy to replace parts and not have to buy a whole new door.

Great replacement
Decided to order a replacement inside frame since we were ordering a replacement flap. Fits perfectly, installed easily. Nice to have the magnets again to help the flap stay closed, we lost the original magnets quite awhile ago. The pet door looks practically brand new with the new inside frame and new flap. Appreciate being able to buy replacement parts as needed as opposed to having to order a whole new door. Great customer service.

Perfect fit except the mag bar is not made high enough to grab the metal on the new flap very well. works ok but the least bit of wind and its flops open.

Exactly what we needed
Our pet door had broken and the magnet was no longer keeping the flap shut because it was gone. I really did not want to buy a whole new door. Found this part, and for a super low cost I was able to make that pet door just like new. Fits perfectly, easy to change, and just what I needed.
