To determine the correct size door, simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.
(A) Measure the widest point of your pet's shoulder.
(B) Measure from the top of your pet's back (just behind their head) to the bottom of chest.
Pet door models have different size openings. Just make sure your new pet door's opening is both wider and taller than your pet's measurements to ensure they can comfortably pass through.

This is the third replacement frame we purchased over about 10 years. We installed this in our wall. It is very convenient for the dogs. We are really disappointed they no longer sell the large size in stores. We do not want to increase our wall hole to the extra-large door. We are thankful they still carry these replacement parts.

Cats vs. my Chocolate Lab
I have had to buy many a replacement part because my Lab does not like stray cats in her backyard and treats her doggie door as not even being there. Everything I've ever ordered from flaps to frames has come very fast and has been perfect. Thank you for always being there for us. Yay! No need to by a new door
Was so happy to find that a replacement frame was available. when the 13 year old frame broke, I thought I was going to have to by a whole new door. Instead $25 (cost including expedited shipping) and less than 15 minutes of install time later, the new frame is in. Of course the dogs managed to break the old slide in cover the very next day, so I will end up with 2 shipping charges. ;)

Great Replacement BUT....
My dogs love the doggie door. Have been using it for years.. When replacement frame was shipped, I paid for priority mail and it came in a flimsy plastic bag, no protection and was damaged in shipping. Was replaced no charge and was shipped in protective box. Nice to know the company stands behind their products

Large Dog Door Frame replacement
This was a perfect fit for my five year old frame that had finally started to crack under the pressure of two 65 pound dogs running in and out. My only complaint is the slot for the flap cover was changed so I have to shave off some of the plastic lip from the old flap cover so it will slide down into the slot. Otherwise, I was happy with the quality and delivery time.

great part, fits perfectly. However, slow service. Ordered priority mail but took 4 days to reach my home. The reason, slow response to order by the company. Orders should go out same day for priority mail items. Too slow.
