To determine the correct size door, simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.
(A) Measure the widest point of your pet's shoulder.
(B) Measure from the top of your pet's back (just behind their head) to the bottom of chest.
Pet door models have different size openings. Just make sure your new pet door's opening is both wider and taller than your pet's measurements to ensure they can comfortably pass through.

Easy fix!
The old magnetic strip was breaking after about a year of our two dogs using the door. We were already replacing the flap so the extra couple bucks was a no-brainer. Measured and fits perfectly.

so easy
Quick order fulfillment & even quicker install. Few screws & swapped them out.

holes not lined up
The frame fit the door but the holes did not line up. My husband had to drill new holes and was able to install with no other problems. If you have someone to adjust for the holes the door fit nicely

Magnet Failure
I bought a complete new door 2 years ago to replace one that was 3 years old. This year I discovered I could just order replacement parts. What has failed every time in these doors is the magnet in the bottom of the inside frame...not the magnetic strip on the flap, but the magnet enclosed in plastic in the bottom of the inside frame. When this fails, the flap doesn't seat properly and cold winter air rushes in, forcing me to keep the security panel in place and effectively making the dog door a "fair weather" dog door only. It's frustrating that this part of the door is so cheaply made and is not replaceable when it's the only part that consistently fails.
