How to measure your Ideal Pet

To determine the correct size door, simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.

(A) Measure the widest point of your pet's shoulder.

(B) Measure from the top of your pet's back (just behind their head) to the bottom of chest.

Pet door models have different size openings. Just make sure your new pet door's opening is both wider and taller than your pet's measurements to ensure they can comfortably pass through.

    Didn't fit Correctly

    The inner lip that connects to the front frame was about 1/2 inch shorter that the old part and because of this the item didn't fit to the frame aI had to buy bigger screws to make it work. Would return it but was required to pay for two day shipping that took a week to get to my house.     I ordered the inner and outer replacement frame. the frame themselves work great but no screws came with it. This was something that we assumed would be included.

    Wind damage to our pet door exterior pieces. Went to website, ordered, received and installed, just like new! Do follow instructions about Logo style, as I almost ordered the wrong part, tho that probably would have fit!
